The Spell Dimensional Fissure removes all monsters sent to the Graveyard from play. Since most Dragunity effects require at least 1 Dragunity in the Graveyard, those effects would be rendered useless.

i used to run with dragunitys and they are very simple, you see you will have to get as many dragunitys on the field and use their affects to bring out even stronger dragunity monsterys WITHOUT having to tribute, ie: say you draw dragunity arma leyvatin, since he is a lv.7 monster you will need 2 tributes to summon him, BUT if you have another weaker dragunity monster on the field you can just remove from play 1 dragunity monster on your side of the field to summon him...
What decks are better than Dragunity?
Watts may be better than Dragunity, since Watts can cause a lockdown and has effects that leave the opponent with almost no option.
When you send Dragunity Arma Leyvaten equipped with Dragunity Aklys to the Graveyard to Special Summon Dragunity Arma Mystletainn what will happen to Aklys?
I don't know why you're doing this for Mystletainn but, Mystletainn's effect is first, Leyvaten is sent to graveyard, then, since Aklys is a equip card, it's effect is not activated and sent to the graveyard since it is no longer equipped, and you special summon Mystletainn. I run Dragunitys almost religiously so. :D

No, only monsters who specifically say they do, gain such a bonus. Relinquished for example, is one. It gains a bonus depending on what it has equipped, as does Destiny Hero Plasma. Dragunity monsters do not, unless one does actually say so.

If I were you, since you seem to have a lot of old cards, so I would lean towards the cards like the Gaias and the older dragons (Red Eyes, Blue Eyes, Curse of Dragon, etc.) and have polymerization, flamevell guard, red eyes b. chick, white stone of legend, kaiba man, dragons rage, and a wing beat of giant dragon (three of each). Along with the staples, add your own personal techs and you'll be done.

If you have Dragunity Aklys equipped to Evocator Chevalier, and you send Dragunity Aklys to the graveyard to activate Evocator Chevalier's effect, then Dragunity Aklys' own effect will trigger, it will wait for the chain Evocator Chevalier's effect started to resolve, and start a new one afterwards.

Yes. With the Continuous Spell Dragon Mastery (described in related link) in play, you can select 1 face-up monster you control once per turn, and equip it with 1 Dragon-type Dragunity monster from your hand. Also, each monster you control that's equipped with a Dragunity monster(s) gains 500 ATK.
Can you use some Dragunity cards in a Warrior deck?
Unfortunately, there are not many direct means Dragunity cards assisting a Warrior-type deck. The best combination of Dragunity and Warrior-type monsters would be in a WIND-Attribute deck since all the Dragunity cards are WIND. Goe Goe the GallantNinja, Lady Ninja Yae, Max Warrior, and Sasuke Samurai #2 are a few examples of WIND, Warrior-type monsters (Yae being the only one that directly supports WIND and Dragunity by discarding). This does not stop you from combining the two, but understand there the benefits are few.That being said, you can Normal Summon (or Special Summon) Dragunity Phalanx (who is a Tuner) then Special Summon Dragunity Arma Mystletainn from your hand by sending Phalanx to your Graveyard. Arma Mystletainn's effect will kick in and let you equip the Phalanx you just sent to the 'Grave. Which effect resolves first if Dragunity Legionnaire sends Dragunity Aklys to the Graveyard?
Sending Dragunity Aklys to the graveyard is the cost for Legionnaire's effect. Triggers cannot add themselves onto a chain that is already in construction, so Aklys does nothing just yet. Legionnaire's effect will resolve first in its entirety, and then Aklys will activate and start a new chain as chain link 1. If Legionnaire's effect destroyed something which triggered in the graveyard, this activation would form a chain with Aklys.
Should I build a dragunity deck or a zombie deck?
That would depend on the sort of deck you'd want. If you want a deck which synchro summons a fair bit, and has a fair amount of swarming, then I'd go for dragunity, but if you prefer milling, then summoning from the grave, and not to keen on synchro summoning, go for zombie.
