Plus I have once been told that you have to get a job in the collage then your promoted, then your promoted again and again. the prossess shoud takes several years, but this of course depends on the collage. If your realy clever and you apply for a really really bad one, your more likely to become a professor than if you apply for a job at somewhere like cambridge or oxfed!
