Most all that I am aware of. The baptismal formula is given by Jesus in Matthew 28:

Matthew 28:18-20

New International Version (NIV)

18 Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."

NOTE: this is a baptismal formula and not a definition of the Godhead as some associate this verse with. The Scripture defines God's Holy Spirit, also called the Spirit of Christ, as the emanating power proceeding from them to sustain all that is seen and unseen. Baptism is an outward show of burying the old self and coming back out of the water a new creature - new in that the promise of God's Holy Spirit (Acts 2:38-39) is given to the person, in effect, begetting them like Jesus was begotten, as a child of the Father. This allows the individual if they remain to the very end begotten, to be born again into the spiritual Family of God as sons and daughters.
