The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (commonly called the "Mormon" Church) does not own any department stores.
The Church did found America's first department store, ZCMI (Zion Cooperative Mercantile Institution), and owned it directly for nearly a century until it became part of Deseret Management/Zion Securities, a for-profit property management firm operated by the Church. ZCMI was sold to Meier and Frank department stores in 1999 and no longer exists.
The only 'stores' directly owned and operated by the Church are the Church Distribution Center and a not-for profit thrift store, Deseret Industries. Deseret Management owns Deseret Book, a religious gift and book store. The websites of these stores can be found below under "Related Links".
