Well it depends, are you using it for diaper punishment?
or have they been wetting the bed? anyway i would go with Abena X-plus.
many parents i know use regular cloth diapers and plastic pants on their teen daughters.i know a few girls who have to wear them for bedwetting.

We use cloth pin on diapers and adult size plastic pants on our 16 year old daughter as punishment! They are very effective!
