They meant that she was one of a kind. There were no other half vampire half human children known to exist. So could be called both most spoiled and unspoiled because she is the only one.

Alice and Rosalie meant that Renesmee will be spoiled in the sense that she will receive a lot of attention and care from her family, but unspoiled in the sense that she will not be raised with a sense of entitlement or arrogance typical of some vampires due to the love and guidance she will receive from her family.
