At Genesis 2:23, ADAM spoke up when he first saw his new wife, and said: "This is at last bone of my bones And flesh of my flesh. This one will be called Woman, Because from man this one was taken." Eve's responses are not mentioned in The Bible. Infact, the only place any of Eve's comments are recorded is when she spoke to Satan in the Garden of Eden (Genesis 3:2+3),later when she spoke to God trying to excuse what she'd done (Genesis 3:13) and again when she'd given birth to her third son, Seth (Genesis 4:1).

How long did it take Adam and Eve to meet on earth when they were thrown out from heaven?

Firstly, Adam and Eve were not thrown out from heaven but created by the hand of Almighty God on the earth. Adam was created first and then God formed Eve from Adam. They would have met that very same day whenever Adam woke up from the 'sleep' into which God had placed him.

How Adam met Eve?

Adam was shown Eve after requesting a partner. Initially, he was shown all of the animals, but as none of these were suitable, God put him into a deep sleep and extracted his rib (tsela or "side branch" so there is debate over the correct translation). God then made Eve and presented her to Adam, who exclaimed that this was the perfect partner for him.

Who were the first ones on earth?

There is a scientific answer and there are religious answers, with each religion having its own list of 'first people'. In the Abrahamic religion, Adam and Eve were the first people on earth. The scientific answer is not as dramatic, because science can only report what is found to be fact. Scientists say that modern humans, Homo sapiens, are descended from a long line of hominids. Our immediate ancestors are called Homo erectus, but there were hominids even earlier. The question then is whether we say that only Homo sapiens individuals were 'people', or whether we include Homo erectus or our even earlier ancestors. As is the way with evolution, there was no one individual who was uniquely the first Homo sapiens person.

Why was Adam created before Eve?

Scholars say the story of the creation of Adam and Eve should be thought of as mythical, rather than a historical account. The ancient Hebrews were an essentially patriarchal society in which men were always more important than their women, so it was natural for Adam to be portrayed as created before Eve. In fact, Eve was an afterthought. In Genesis 2:18, God said that it was not good for Adam to be alone - he needed a helpmeet. God created all the beasts of the earth and Adam named each animal, but found none that met his needs (2:20). It was only then that God created Eve as a helpmeet or companion for Adam. A romantic touch was added to the story by having God create her out of Adam's rib, rather than out of dirt.

If Adam and Eve were the first people on Earth how do we have so many people living on the Earth?

Adam and Eve were mythological. The most recent common female ancestor, trace through mitochondrial DNA, (we will call her "Eve") would have lived about 150 to 230 thousand years ago, in southeast Africa. The most recent common male ancestor, traced through the Y chromosome, (we will call him "Adam") was between 60 and 140 thousand years ago. It is therefore highly unlikely Adam and Eve ever met. Regardless of whether there was only one family or one small group of humans, the reason that there are vastly more people today is that the birth rate exceeded the death rate. When that happens, a population expands.
