A white passenger complained that Gandhi was sitting in first class, and the police officer told him to move.

Gandhi politely stated, 'I have a ticket, a first class ticket', and showed the officer his ticket.

The police officer rudely commented, 'Just move your black ass back to third class, or I'll have you thrown off at the next station'.

Gandhi replied, 'But I always go first class...'

Who lead people of India on a salt march?

a man named Gandhi lead the salt march, he was an Indian man whom wanted freedom between Indian people and British people. However in the 1940's he unfortunately died by getting shot 3 times. once in the head and twice in the stomach an Indian man who didn't believe in the same thing as Gandhi. many people despised Gandhi as he became quite famous! In his earlier years when he was about 40 he got thrown off a train for sitting in a 1st class seat. He had bought a 1st class ticked however a British man on the train complained that he was there because he didn't like brown people! Gandhi was told to leave his seat and go to a 3rd class seathowever Gandhi refused and at the next stop he got thrown off! Gandhi was an inspiring man to everyone and always looked on the bright side of life. He stood up to what he believed in!
