As we know there are different religions in the world and each religion has its own founder, thinking towards life, origin, end and Salvation.
When Guru Nanak Dev Ji said there is one God, he meant that irrespective of all the different position we may have due to all the different religions, they all are referring to same Power/Being in their own ways.
There are various religions in this world all showing the path towords the Supreme power God. Sikhism says respect all religions, hate no ones, all are the creatures of single LORD i.e. Ek Onkar (Only one God)
