Hitler believed that the aryans were tall and strong people from the past, as well as he believed that the aryans were blonde with blue eyes. Hitler wanted a world with only blonde hair blue eyed people and he disliked all non-germans who fit his image of a pure aryan. All europeans, indians, arabians, and north africans are aryan and hitler viewed them as not being good anough, since he viewed his idea of an aryan as supperior.
