Your question is very vague, but I assume you are referring to the air attacks on Great Britain? Hitler's intentions,if successful,in his air attacks on Great Britain, were to then invade Great Britain and conquer it. Hitler believed that by doing this, the United States would never consider in altering his "plan" on Germanys new world. Hitler also considered that Germany would eventually invade the United States; this, of course, would depend on the victory over the Soviet Union. Hitler wanted world conquest, but to do so, he would need air supremacy and several other vital factors.
Because he was fighting back.

Air attacks
In July 1940, the Luftwaffe (German Air Force) began frequent attacks on British air bases in an attempt to gain control of the skies over Britain. The Battle of Britain lasted till the end of October 1940. By then the Luftwaffe had suffered heavy loses and was attacking the civilian population, too, by bombing residential areas.
During World War II, Hitler's early plan for defeating Great Britain relied on control of the air-space above the island-nation, as a precursor to an amphibious invasion by ground troops. After this plan was thwarted, he turned more resolutely to a submarine campaign which intended to starve Great Britain into submission.
Nothing once hitler attacked france, france surrenderd, hitler failed to attack britain successfully because hitler didnt have enough air support to attack. after that britain tried to fight back at the start but failed because germany built a strong defence on channel coast of northern france
he failed to defeat Britain with air power.
