Found in Mark Twain's Project, "Letter to Bayard Taylor" written in German and dated May 7, 1878 which was included in a 2010 publishing of Mark Twain's "The Awful German Language," he writes "My description is complete: birth 1835; 5 feet 8 1/2 inches high, weight about 145 pounds."
