Pharaoh's Wife in the Old Testament has no name nor any appearance in the story. If you are referring to Potiphar (the man who owned Joseph as his slave), his wife (although an actual character in the story) also has no name. In the Qur'an, Potiphar is named Al-Aziz and his wife IS named as Zuleikha.
