Adolph Hitler, the leader of Nazi Germany, not the whole Germany, stated that he wouldn't start the war with USSR. At 1st of September of 1939 he told that Poland has invaded the lands of Germany and started the war. He also started the war with USSR at 22nd of June, 'right at 04:00', at 1941.
