its because the spanish had better armer than the incas and were better fighters.
The Incas were farmers, the Aztecs and Mayans were more civilized than that
-they all had human sacrifices -they were all polytheist (worship more than one god) -the Incas and Aztecs survival depended on the military -they were excellent farmers
There were several reasons that the spanish were able to defeat the Aztecs, and these applied to the Incas as well. The Spanish had much more advanced technology than the Aztecs, such as gunpowder, horses, cannons, and steel weapons (which were stronger than the Aztec obsidian blades). The Spanish also had the advantage of surprise, as they were welcomed into the Aztec empire as honored guests but abruptly betrayed and slaughtered many Aztec citizens before they were driven from the city. Third, European diseases such as smallpox took their toll on the Aztec people. Finally, the Aztecs did not continue and finish defeating the Spanish after La Noche Triste, the only major Aztec victory during the conquest. The Spanish survivors were thus able to regroup and return with more soldiers.
The Spanish beat the Aztecs because the Spanish had canons and guns whereas the Aztec people only hand made wooden spears. The Spanish had more powerful weapons than the Aztecs moreover they had lots of people.
The Spanish had superior weaponry such as guns, cannons, and steel swords compared to the Aztecs and Incas who primarily used obsidian weapons. The Spanish also had horses, which the indigenous peoples had never encountered before, giving them a military advantage. Additionally, the Spanish had the assistance of indigenous allies who were enemies of the Aztec and Inca Empires.

Because the Spanish defeated the Aztecs, but the Incas fought back, much. But the Spanish prevailed and buh-bye to the Incas

The Mayans were smarter than both the Aztecs and Incas. The Mayans were more advanced in technology than both the others.

Aztecs lived in central Mexico in a different time period than the Inca's. the Incas lived in the Andes mountains of south America

the mayans were called the mayans, the aztecs were called the aztecs and the incans were called the incans. they also started at different times but ended though Spanish conquest around the same time.that is why they are sometimes linked ;)
First of all, The Aztecs were the only of the three that sacrificed human hearts to their gods, while the Incas were the only civilization of the time to have taught the practice of brain surgery. Although they used brain surgery, they were only successful about 25% of the time, which is still better than no success at all. The Incas also accumulated the largest empire of the three. The Mayans Lasted Longer.
First of all, the total ruthlesness and singlemindedness and lack of good faith of the Conquistadores, something alien to the Aztecs and Incas and something which they did not fully appreciate until it was too late. Secondly, the Conquistadores were much better armed than the Incas and the Aztecs who had to make do with wooden clubs and the occasional bronze weapons against iron pikes, swords and a little later, guns. The war horses of the Spanish also intimidated them much. A third reason often mentioned - but this one especially relevant to the Mayas - was the belief that a 'white god' would at one point come across the ocean, which made the Mayas hold back until it was too late.
