Many children's games have stood the test of time & still remain popular today. Jacks, yoyo's, hopscotch, tig, pin the tail on the donkey, hide & seek, tiddlywinks & snap just to name a few.
Children had to play in the streets in Britain in the 1940's. They played marbles ,hoops, and hopscotch. Skipping rope was also played.
