There is no Hindu, nor Muslim. Meaning that God saw every religion equally. He also taught that the Hindu Gods and every other being/diety are also part of God's creation.

There is no such favorite name for Guru Nanak Dev Ji. His parents gave him name Nanak after his sister Nanki and today out of respect he is called Guru Nanak Dev Ji.
