What is a summary of fault in our stars?

Seventeen year old Hazel Grace Lancaster who was diagnosed with lung cancer (she travels everywhere with an oxygen tank) at thirteen years old, meets cancer Survivor Augustus Waters (who only has one leg due to his previous cancer) at a support group where he was attending to support his best friend, Isaac who's vision is taken away due to his Cancer. There they become quick friends and bond over their love over a book: An Imperial Affliction. Hazel Grace has forever been trying to contact the author- Peter Van Houten- and Augustus Waters uses his wish from The Genie Foundation (similar to the Make a Wish Foundation) to fly them both there. There they kiss and spend the night together and after Augustus tells Hazel that his cancer has returned. The rest of the book is spent with the couple detiorating as Augustus' condition becomes worse and he eventually dies. Hazel Grace is heartbroken but his death causes here to wake up and notice everything around her. The book is very philosophical and discusses many different issues.
