Their evenings were often spent in the nearby hotels (hotels in gold-mining towns grew prolifically during the gold rushes), or enjoying the company of the "ladies of the night". Apart from that, there was little else they did. They were there to "strike it rich".

It is free to visit and even has picnic tables for having a nice lunch.

The game Gold Fields (Or gold Rush) can be downloaded from here. It is a fun game where you start off in a small town. You then either buy a license and go mining, or you work for people, and build up your stock shares. either way, its a fun game. I hope you enjoy GoldFields (Or GoldRush) and much as I did when I was a kid in primary school.
