The actual contents of the eggs are not green; the green eggs are produced by Araucana hens and Ameraucana hens. Unlike white and brown eggs, the green pigment (color) goes all the way through to the inside of the shell. With brown eggs, when you crack them open, the brown color is only on the outside of the shell. With Araucana eggs, when you crack them open, the green is on the inside of the shell also. because squealer uses his propaganda to convince the animals that napoleon is selling the eggs for a profit to help the farm. the profit that he is making, actually is his money to buy more alcohol for the pigs.
It was for a sacrifice to the farm for money so they can eat in spring and winter
Napoleon orders death for anyone who gives the hens food. They are rebelling because they don't want Napoleon to sell their eggs.
All hens lay eggs.
