Anything that runs on electrical energy or batteries. Except for some foods just about everything in our world is opposite of the middle ages. 90% of the people couldn't read, but the printing press hadn't been invented yet so there were no books to read, no newspapers or magazines, no fast food, no restaurants, no schools, no computers or cars, no real clocks ( a water clock), no heating in homes, no water to houses, no bathrooms or bath tubs, no cotton clothing, no zippers, no ways to keep food cold or preserved, no medical care that was science based, no lights, no airplanes, nothing much really.
