The question is too vague for a meaningful answer. Russians, for example, rarely had breakfast during the war. Germans ate their normal diets almost to the end of the war. Britons had rationing for nearly all the favorite breakfast items and made do with toasted bread or oatmeal for breakfast but might have a treat of a soft-boiled egg or a slice of bacon once a month. Americans ate pretty normally but government programs encouraged the consumption of corn instead of wheat, pork or eggs instead of beef, etc.
