She either wanted marsh mellows or that was Shirley but I think she wanted either marshmellows or a hot guy and licorice. . . the hot guy ends up being art pegs brother.. hahaha (: hoped it helped. personally, I thought it was a really good book and recommend it to kids ages 11+.

it was polio or mrs.crabs the one who gave turter time i think i spelled that wrong LOL oh well you should know what i ment so small steps the year i got polio is a good book in mid September she was paralyzed from the neck down then went in the oxygen tank then .... blah blah blah and then end she learned to walk again but it is super sad if you read the very end the epilogue it tells you what happen to the rest of the people poor Shirley dorhty must loves kids oops i cant spoil it for you , you have to reward it yourself duh now on me i hate reading but this book was great look up all the rest of the books she wrote they sound great i hope i get to read them soon
