The Nazis relied mainly on:
The Nazis decided that gassing was by far the most efficient way of killing large numbers of victims.
* They gassed millions. * They shot thousands upon thousands in open air killing fields, mainly in the Soviet Union. * They worked Jews to death. * They starved Jews. * The forced Jews to live in highly insanitary conditions without any medication and with insufficient food. Outbreaks of deadly diseases become frequent. These were the main methods used by the SS in the Holocaust.
The SS was central to the Nazi terror apparatus. They ran the concentration camps and death camps, and they carried out the Holocaust.
They sometimes gassed them after the concentration camps. If they tried to escape they would be shot. A lot of them died of diseases because of the awful hygiene in the concentration camps.
Guns, Zyklon B for the gas chambers, ovens, basically anything.
The German Nazis murdered Jews because Hitler led the Germans to believe that the Jews were the source of Germany's economic troubles, and that eliminating them would fix this, as well as other things, such as creating a pure breed of Germans, etc.
In WWII, going into the Holocaust, Jews were first sent to nearby major cities where ghettos were established, then they were sent to Poland, to the ghettos there and/or to concentration camps to be used as labour and eventually to an extermination centre where they were executed.
no but the German people killed all the Jews there or worked them to death
Money made no difference. You couldn't buy yourself out of the Holocaust. The Nazis wanted to kill all Jews that they had control over.
You have that backwards. The Nazis killed the Jews by the millions during the holocaust. Few civilian Jews killed the Nazis. During the Polish uprising of Jews in Warsaw, the civilian Jews armed themselves and fought against the German soldiers trying to murder them.
No.
The Houlocaust was fought by the Germans and they wanted to kill Jews. It took place in Europe.
When the Jews were treated really badly by the Germans, and it was so bad it was called The Holocaust.
Yes, of course. The Nazis' aim (at that stage) was to kill all Jews that they could lay their hands on: it was genocide.

Quite a long time, the decision was made after they actually started killing.
