The same thing s/he says at the arrival of any President: "Mr. Speaker, the President of the United States."
The officer who maintains order within an assembly or organization is the "sergeant at arms."
The sergeant at arms of the house of representatives.
President Obama has not taken away any American rights especially not the one that includes the right to bear arms. Further, there is no "right to carry arms everywhere." The 2nd Amendment is interpreted differently depending on the state: some states allow "open carry" even in restaurants or churches (Georgia is a good example); while other states have more restrictive interpretations. But in no case has President Obama banned second amendment rights, contrary to what you may have heard on talk shows.
He doesn't and he won't. This is an internet myth, spread by his political opponents, and there is no truth to it at all.

Obama supports stricter gun control under specific situations, largely involving the sale and trade of them so that the guns and users are licensed. He does not support the end of your right to keep and bear arms.

The last Russian president to visit the United States was Dmitry Medvedev, who traveled to the U.S. in June 2010 for a summit with then-President Barack Obama. During this visit, they discussed various issues, including arms control and economic cooperation. Since then, there have been no official visits by a Russian president to the U.S.
it is awsome
These are two very different situations, if I understand your question. You may be referring to President Obama agreeing to help the rebels in Syria; but many members of congress, led by Senator McCain, were very insistent that the US government should help, and the president agreed. This is very different from the secret deals which President Reagan made, including trading arms with Iran in order to funnel money to the Contras in Nicaragua: he helped the Contras even after congress said he should not. There is no evidence President Obama has made secret deals with Iran or anyone else, and he has not gone behind the back of congress.
