Germany, at that time, was not strong enough to set the terms; if so the terms would have been very different.

World War 2 did not have a treaty such as the Versaille Treaty. Instead, the Allies secured unconditional surrenders from Japan and Germany. There were non-aggression pacts between Germany and several countries. There was a an agreement done in Munich before the war. The United Nations was formed and the Atlantic Charter was created though.
