Carnotaurus ate meat (hence its name, which means flesh eating bull). we can tell this from its very sharp fangs and forward facing eyes, a feature that only predators have.

The skull was relatively light and flexible, so it is unlike that carnotaurus would have tackled large prey. It may, however have used its superiorndistance judgment to specialize in catching small, agile prey
