Please check your history books. The Confederacy ended in 1865 - they lost the Civil War, after all. Anything you have dated 1925 claiming to be a Confederate bill is clearly a fake.

Uh, that one would be really difficult to have because the Confederacy was dissolved when they lost the Civil War in 1865.
