Cow's can't speak different languages because when they plot world domination they won't able to understand each other. :) in some languages people dont say moo because they think it sounds differently so they might say something like 'ooo' instead but the cows still say moo :p In Swedish the cow goes "Muu!".

The proper way as they say in Germany is Cow-litz. You can say it as call-its. or it can be pronounced cow-litz.
