The only difference between the two Chevy heads is the size of valve they were designed to fit. Either size will work correctly on all valves, though.
No. The bore size is different between a 305 and 350. The 350 bore size is larger.

Why 400 heads? They are notoriously bad flowing heads without much modification the engine would be about 360 cubic inches, but the heads have nothing to do with the size of the engine.
76cc...and those heads are crack prone and not recommended for performance.
