Children would help out there parents. Like a girl, she would help do house chores like make clothing, food, candles, etc. boys would help outside with there father . The men would do outside work like go fishing, farming, moving things. All those things applied. Women would do house chores. Not just cooking and cleaning. They would have to clean animal intestines, preserve meat, make clothing, etc. hopefully this helped a little. Just learned about it today. XD
