he went down to defeat
Actually, according to the story, the Prince found her- by looking for the girl whose foot would fit in the shoe left behind at the ball.
Cinderella's carriage was made from a pumpkin. Cinderella is riding the pumpkin carriage to the castle ball where she loses a shoe. The prince is then determined to find the girl that lost the shoe.

Cinderella's mother dies and her father remarries. The new wife has two daughters who are jealous of Cinderella's youth and beauty, and force her to become a servant in her own home. When the Prince of the land throws a ball, Cinderella is automatically excluded by the rest of the household. Her fairy godmother conjures a gown and turns a pumpkin into a carriage so she can attend, but the spell is temporary and will break at midnight. Cinderella is the most beautiful girl at the ball. No one recognizes her, and the Prince falls madly in love with her. When midnight strikes, Cinderella flees, and the Prince finds her glass slipper on the steps. He vows to marry the girl whose foot fits the shoe. The two stepsisters chop off their big toes and heels to fit the slipper, but the blood gives them away. At last Cinderella steps forth, and the (bloody) glass slipper fits perfectly. She and the Prince are happily married, and the stepsisters are blinded as punishment for their cruelty. Happily ever after.
A Cinderella story is any story in which a young girls dad marys some vindictive woman with 2 mean daughters and then dies, leaving the young girl with her stepmother. The girl is forced to work and treated as a maid or "second class citizen". Then the girl falls in love and lives happily with her "Prince".
Cinderella's story... Cinderella lived a very happy life with her father ( no mother in the picture) until her father married a lady ( her step mother) who had 2 daughters around the same age as Cinderella. Cinderella's father died and she lived in her father's house with her evil step mother and 2 ugly step sisters. They treat Cinderella as a slave basically and she did everything for them. One day there was an announcement that there was to be a ball in the palace and for every girl in the kingdom to attend for the prince to find a wife. The step mother and step sisters obviously did not want Cinderella to attend so they made it very difficult for her, by giving her impossible tasks to complete. After being humiliated by her evil stepsisters, Cinderella met her fairy godmother who helped her, made her a beautiful dress with glass slippers, turned the mice into horses, a pumpkin into a carriage and so on. Cinderella attended the ball and danced all night with the Prince. Cinderella's fairy god mother told her to leave before midnight as the spell would wear off so as midnight struck Cinderella ran and lost one of her slippers on the stairs. The Prince took the glass slipper in search for Cinderella, trying it on every girl's foot in the kingdom. Cinderella had been locked in her room by her evil step mother but with the help of her mouse friends she managed to get out of her room and get down to try the slipper on. One of the ugly sisters smashed it so that she could not try it on but Cinderella had the other slipper and was able to prove she was the girl the prince danced with. Cinderella and the Prince married and lived happily ever after!

I'm not sure that Cinderella's father did die, I thought that he just went away for a while, but there might be more than one different version
If you are talking about Prince Frederik the Crown Prince of Denmark, he's 42 and married and so any young girl who might be in love with him is out of luck. If you are talking about Hamlet, the Prince of Denmark in the Shakespeare play, Ophelia is the name of the girl that is interested in him.
they might act differnently around you than they used to. they might get awkward, they might be flirty, they might freak out whenever you talk to them, they might completely ignore you, it depends on the girl an how much she likes you.
Oh, I don't know. Cinderella is one person, Romeo and Juliet is two? Cinderella lives happily ever after with the Prince, and Juliet dies? Cinderella is an orphan, both Romeo and Juliet have both their parents? Cinderella has step-sisters, neither Romeo nor Juliet have any siblings? Cinderella is a fairy tale, Romeo and Juliet is a play? Cinderella has a magic fairy godmother, Juliet has the nurse? How about just about everything? There is hardly any similarity.
