There wasn't one so there was no name for it. It isn't until the 1800's that real restrooms will be built.

Answer

Life was brutal then! But the area set aside for elimination of waste might be called the "jakes"- or in France, a "latrine". See the link provided below for photos of a Medieval latrine.

They had latrines, and they used chamber pots. In the upper areas of some larger structures, they had rooms with holes leading down long tubes to cesspits, large pots, or directly into a moat, lake, or river. The business of having waste go into water was not considered good even at that time, because it was smelly and would foul a water supply. Also, human waste was gathered and used for fertilizer. In cities it was even sold.

In Medieval times people used potties. "Potties" were kept in most homes. Streets had open drains – channels then ran down the streets – so it was easy to empty the pots. They justthrew the contents out of the window. Then, when thepeople flung their potty waste out of the window, they would shout "Gardez l’eau". That's French for "watch out for the water".

Rich people had little rooms jutting out from the walls of their homes. There would be a plank of wood with a hole in it, to sit on. There was nothing underneath – whatever you did would just fall to the ground! Sometimes these loos were over a moat, so the waste would fall into the water. Sometimes there was a chute which went down to the moat or a cesspit. The cesspits were emptied by people known as "gongfermors".

In castles these little toilet rooms were known as garderobes (to 'guard' the 'robes'). They were called that because people kept their clothes in them.

They used outhouses. For inside (like at night or if they were sick), they used chamberpots which then had to be emptied out.
