What children wore in Tudor times depended on their wealth. For example, the wealthier children wore finer fabrics with bright colors and billowy clothing like pinafore dresses and puffy sleeved shirts.
Depended on the status of the child. A peasant child would wear a long type of overshirt made of wool and no shoes. A wealthy child would wear the same type of clothing the adults wore but only smaller.

There were no medieval parsons. The clergy of the time were Catholic and dressed as priests or monks.
Quite dirty and ragged clothes, very itchy, for the poor best made out of hay or straw and cheap fabric, but for the rich they wore velvet, thick fabric with lots of coatings to keep warm.
Their clothes were made of the same materials as commoners, wool or linen, or animal skins, but usually of better quality; and usually colour dyed; possibly with sewn patterns. A few medieval Europeans were able to afford silks imported form the orient; silk clothing was very expensive and usually reserved for special occasions.
