I lost a hundred pounds by really cutting back on my calories and exercising 2 hrs a day. I used a combo of wii fit, running, and kick boxing. For breakfast i would have fruit soy smoothies, lunch a low cal soup and celery sticks. Dinner a large salad wth grilled chicken or salmon.
