love is when you yearn for that person. You want that person to be yours and yours only. you get that feeling whenever your with that person. Your in love with that person. Friendship is when you want to be around that person but not everytime time. A feeling that you love the person but your not IN LOVE with that person.

∙ 15y agoTrue Love - probably includes a sexual attraction. If you have true love you'll know. True Friendship - might mean telling secrets and knowing that person won't tell. It's someone you can turn to when you need help. You can have a true friendship with either sex, male or female.

∙ 13y agoTo make the difference between friendship and love, the person you love must feel you love them. For example, you would not say 'I love you' to your friend, because they are just your friend, and in a relationship, it is usually quite obvious wether you are in love or not. We do not make the difference there is, it is just there. So basically, the person you love must know you love them, which will feel more like a relationship than a friendship.

∙ 12y agoFriendship is just being able to talk about things and having fun together. Although sometimes you might feel like it's, "love", it probably isn't. Remember, love isn't selfish. Do you truly like this person other than their looks? Would you be mad if they were dating somebody else? Those are a few questions to ask yourself when pondering, "Is it love?". Just a side-note, it's entirely possible to love a person without them even knowing ;)
