Galatians Chapter 5 describes the difference being filled with Holy Spirit makes in a person's life. It uses a Contrast.
First it lists the 'works of the flesh' in verses 19-21:"Now the works of the flesh are evident: sexual immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, rivalries, dissensions, divisions, envy drunkenness, orgies, and things like these. I warn you, . . . that those who do such things will not inherit the kingdom of God."
Then in verses 22-24, it lists the 'Fruitage of the Spirit': "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; . . ."
(English Standard Version Anglicized)
Many people find that some of those things listed as the 'works of the flesh' cannot be conquered by mere human will-power. Consider just one item: people who have lived in 'sexual immorality' all their previous life; perhaps fostered by a constant diet of pornography. They find that even after marriage, they still need that pornography diet. Yet such an addiction CAN be conquered by 'power from above', namely by the influence of Holy Spirit from Jehovah God the Almighty.
There is no difference.

To be filled with the holy spirit is to be presumed "Filled with God". What I learned in primary school, which was Christian. The Holy Spirit was Jesus after he had been killed, when you are filled with it means something like filled with High morale and such. Being filled with the HS = Filled with morale righteousness or something.
