black is the mising of all colors
white is the absent of all colors
The choice of pen color usually does not have a significant legal implication. However, some official documents or contracts may specify that they must be signed in a particular color, such as blue ink, to ensure the document's authenticity. In most cases, signing in black or blue ink is simply a matter of personal preference.
Black is the absence of light. When printing (on white paper) 100% of each Cyan, Yellow and Magenta will make black. When emmiting (on a screen) 0% of each Red, Yellow, Blue will make black.
I don't know, but my guess would be black depends on what kind of paper you're writing on.
Mixing blue and black will make a very dark blue.
No, red, blue, and green make black.
Midnight Black Blue
blue and black make purple.
BLUE
no only ceyan(blue) magenta(red) and yellow make black
Dark blue.
black and light/normal blue
If you are trying to make black paint with blue paint just add an earthy colour (brown) :)
blue+black= midnight blue , although if you are to create this make sure to add more blue than black. Because if you don't your "midnight blue" will just turn out looking black, even if you did put blue in your pallet.
