How do you align the crankshaft sprocket to the oil pump housing on a 1990 Nissan Pathfinder when replacing the timing belt?
the mark is a notch in the oil pump housing on the lower right side as you are looking down, and on the crankshaft pulley it is a white mark opposite side of the woodruff key on the face of the pulley. at the topside align the white marks on the belt with the punch marks on the pulleys and the rear timing belt cover.
