PS3 games do not play on PC even if the Disc is the type your PC can read and not a Blue ray disc
Probably not. If you're reading a disk, how caould you fry it?
Theoretically, yes - legally, no ! When you buy a piece of software, you are effectively buying a licence to use that software on a single computer. If you use the same disc to install it on more than one computer - technically that is copying - which is illegal.

Ripping
No. The PS2 cannot use a PS3 disc.
If you were going to use a disc in a computer, it would have to be compatible. A disc programmed for a games console is not the same thing.
No. "Ripping" is simply copying and converting the data on it. It is not destructive at all to the original disc.
Most games are for consoles designed to prevent software privacy and have areas of the discs not accessible to the non commercial disc burner to prevent copying of the complete disc. The type of discs also varies and for example in the different Playstation gaming devices the PS3 uses Blu-Ray, the PS2 DVD, the Playstation CDs, the PSP a Sony developed UMD, and the PS Vita uses a special PS Vita Memory Card.
