To attempt an answer for this question based soley on mental illness... Antisocial Personality Disorder (APD) is a disorder in which little to no emotion is present in a person. You might be more familiar with this disorder known as psychopathy or sociopathy where a person may be referred to as a psychopath or sociopath.

Sociopaths can't feel empathy, they live on instant gratification and satisfying their own need regardless of who gets hurt

is a more appropriate answer, socio path psychopaths feel anger, people with de realization don't know what they feel, thus "no emotions" .
