For things such as trail riding, the recommended distance is about two horses lengths. My personal rule of thumb is that you should be able to see the back hooves of the horse in front of you.
One horse length. This question is on HOWRSE.com.
a horselength or more.
you should be another horse length apart which means that it should be you then 6-8 feet between you and the other horse It is safest to be out of kicking distance (at least 1 horse length) from the other horse. However, I don't exactly do that.. My friend's horse and mine are best friends and throw fits if they can't be RIGHT next to each other.
By speaking and body language? The distance between people is respected and body contact is less frequent than in other e.g. Mediterranean cultures.
Horses are large animals that need plenty of space. They can also be temperamental. When riding, a gap about the length of one horse should be kept between horses. (When riding abreast, the width of one horse should be kept between the riders). Horse's stalls should not be shared - each horse should have its own stall. The stalls should also be large enough that when standing in the middle of the stall, neither of a horse's neighbours can reach it. The horse should have room to turn around and lie down comfortably in the stall. The statement that horses all sleep standing up is a myth - horses can sleep standing up, but many prefer to lie down, and this takes the strain off their joints. Horses need at least an acre of pasture each.
As it was about 100 miles from each city , and they traveled on a donkey which does not travel fast like a horse, and Joseph walked it would take over a week.

the distance from the planets is 6.5 million miles between each planet.
Zero distance. Germany and Denmark border on each other, there is no distance between them.
First, you have to specify what cities you want to find the distance between, and then you can find the distance between each one, and finally add all the distance together, to give you the total.
think about if your riding a bike, or a car, or a motorcycle. you want to be as much long as a distance away as the object that your on. so, you should be about one horse apart from each other.
