Ultra nationalist is a man that loves his country but he hates everyone born outside of it. For say a American ultra nationalist hates all none white people and is pretty much a nazi.
A regular nationalist is just a man that loves his country. Does not nesesarily hate anyone just i willing to do anything to keep the people living within it save.
Kinda like ultra patriot when the ultra nationalist is more like a nazi.
