According to my old 190E manual, there should be six warning lights on the left and six on the right of the dashboard.
On the left hand side I have (from left to right):
1) High beam.
2) Battery not charging.
3) Brake pads worn down.
4) Parking brake engaged (or "brake fluid low" - Canada only).
5) Engine oil level low.
6) Coolant level low.
On the right hand side (from left to right):
1) ASD malfunction.
2) Fluid level for windshield and headlamp washer system low.
3) ABS malfunction.
4) SRS malfunction.
5) Oxygen sensor replacement idicator. California only.
6) Engine malfunction indicator (fuel injection or emission control system malfunction). California only.

Remove the air filter, And its located right in the back.
Gaps are from .028" thou to 0.035" thou. Preference is for 0.028" thou.
I have a 87 260E and it has an 18 gallon tank and a reserve. they are the same chassis w124. and this info should be in your owners manuel

Looking at the engine from the drivers side, the oil filer is located behind the air cleaner assembly to the right at the back of the engine. It will be almost against the fire wall.
Two pumps. Both are located under the car near the fuel tank. They are found under a removable cover. Hope this helps.
