There's not really a specific name for it. Were you looking for a Chinese translation of 'Chinese food in Australia' or what?
Chinese nfluence Australia in food because australi now knows it as day to day food
Do you mean Chinese people living in China? Or Chinese people living in say, Australia? Yum Cha (Cantonese direct translation: Drink Tea) refers to the many, many Chinese restaurants in Australia, China, America, etc. In Yum Cha, waitresses push trolleys of food around the tables and when customers (sitting at round tables) see a food they like, they call the trolleys over to order. The food is generally in small servings. Yum Cha is popular with everybody, but especially the Chinese (seeing as it IS food from their country). Chinese people don't only eat their own country's food, just as I'm sure Australians often eat at Chinese restaurants too. We (yeah, I'm Chinese) eat like anyone else. McDonalds, takeaway places, etc.
