Hindus treat women with respect and dignity. Hindus have women goddess, there mother is extremely important to them. The clothing speaks for itself the women clothing can be very revealing at times. However not all the times, it really depends on the person, because some people could just be physios or raised in a rough environments or something, but for the most part's Hindu men should treat women with respect.
