Crab alley is in Triton Avenue. You can find Triton Avenue in Olde Town, the second entrance downhill. Specifically in Triton Avenue it is by Suzie Gryphonbane, the storm wizard that you help throughout missions there. From where Suzie Gryphonbane is, go downhill and go left. You should see a rope. You can only go into Crab Alley by the rope if you have or had the quest "Trouble Underfoot." If you do not have this quest, go to Sohomer Sunblade, the guy you got the Kraken mission from. He should give you this mission if you are level 12+. You can't get in if you're not a member. You either have to become a member, or buy the area with crowns.

You need to finish fire cat ally, Triton avenue, and cyclops lane. After that the headmaster gives you a quest about Lord Nightshade. Defeat him than you get to go to Krokotopia. You don't need to be a certain level but if you want A certain level I would say level 16 or 17.

You have to be a pyromancer (fire student) and once your a level 7 pyromancer you can go there anyone else receives a quest in triton avenue for it from tina Bhak'maul
