What do I do if I have a lot of fun with my friend and we're really close but at times she can be really mean and annoying and when I tell her she just gets mad but she's one of my two only friends?

If she is a real friend, she should understand you are annoyed by her. YOU should get mad by how she acts, though you seem to be the rational one by asking the question. You should explain her the fact that you feel bad at times. Explain it and if she is a real friend she should understand. If not... then shes either stupid or not a real friend.
