I can't imagine how awful that must be; I'm sorry you are going through this. You have to make some tough choices, and if possible you should bring your wife into the process. Remember that men make similar mistakes, but have an easier time getting away with it for some reasons that are obvious. Some men find a way to forgive their wives and accept and raise the child as if it were their own. Depending on your wife's attitude over this, it might be the time when she is most in need of your love, mercy and forgiveness. Only you can decide if this is one of those one-time human failings, or if it represents a pattern that you cannot live with.
You may have to consider that the appearance of the child might make it painfully obvious that you are not the father. You have some time to think, seek counsel and work it through. This doesn't make it easier for you, but many have gone through this and have survived to continue with a rich and fulfilling life. Don't blow it by flying off the handle and doing something dumb.
