Enable Run:
First Method:
STEP1. Right Click on your taskbar and select properties.
STEP2. Then go to the tab start menu and click customize.
STEP3. Go to the advanced tab.
STEP4. Check the CHECKBOX from the "Display Run" Profile
STEP5. Click ok then apply and then again ok.
Second Method:
Using Windows Explorer, navigate to c:\windows\system32 and search for this file gpedit.msc and open it. Once in the Group Policy Editor go to User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Start Menu and Taskbar then Double click on Remove Run menu from Start Menu. And set it to Not Configured.
Third Method:
Using Windows Explorer, navigate to c:\windows\system32 and search for this file cmd.exe. Open cmd.exe and copy the command in it and press enter. It will come up with this question: Value NoRun exists, overwrite(Y/N)? Just type yes and hit enter. Now reboot your PC and you will be able to see the run box in the start menu.

To add a program to the start up menu, simply select and drag the item. Usually, an option to pin the item to the start up menu is presented upon uploading.
Log off will already be on your start menu, on windows 7 there will be a button that says shutdown, next to the button will be an arrow, from there you can select the option to logoff.
The last menu option that is unlocked is "Chapters."
Go to the 'Start' menu, then to the 'taskbar and start menu' option, then to 'start menu programs'. Look around in this section for the 'Millenium' program, and delete it.
